In order to cooperate with the community epidemic prevention of the Fall-Winter COVID-19 Prevention Program and maintain the safety of the campus and the community, all faculty, staff and students are requested to cooperate with the relevant measures and implement them.

Subject: In order to cooperate with the community epidemic prevention of the Fall-Winter COVID-19 Prevention Program and maintain the safety of the campus and the community, all faculty, staff and students are requested to cooperate with the relevant measures and implement them.

Descriptions:
1. Act in accordance with Letter No. 1090169212 of the Ministry of Education on December 1, 2020, and Letter No. 1090909472 on December 4, 2020.
2. Note for social distancing and wearing masks: Social distancing should be maintained during class. If social distancing cannot be maintained, masks should be worn.
3. Note for epidemic prevention in large-scale gatherings: social distancing must be maintained and real-name registration should be implemented. If social distancing cannot be maintained, masks should be worn.
4. Note for campus visitors: The campus only allows invited visitors to enter. All units must set a visitor passcode and comply with personal data protection. Visitors must complete the Visitor's Self-health Management System and present a PASS to enter.
5. Masks must be worn in eight types of venues specified by the Central Epidemic Command Center (as attached). Those who refuse to cooperate will be fined NT$3,000 to NT$15,000 by the local government in accordance with Article 37, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 6, of the Communicable Disease Control Act.
